Better Buying releases questions used by suppliers to rate their buyers’ purchasing practices.

June 2, 2016

The questions for suppliers and the self-assessment for buyers contained in this document form the basis for the initial pilot test of Better Buying, an initiative to promote the elimination of the barriers to code of conduct compliance caused by purchasing practices using a system where suppliers anonymously rate their buyers.

While not exhaustive or comprehensive, the questions have been designed to maximize objectivity and produce quantitative results that can be verified with a desk-top approach.
